
ORDER FORMS
Order forms are used to track your horse blankets and other equine laundry during our process.​ To ensure a smooth process, please read the instructions on correctly completing an order form.
If you have multiple bags, please ensure that at least one of your forms has your full contact information. The remaining forms do not need to be completed in full, however, they must at least contain your name and requested services.

When you've completed the forms, simply place the form inside of the corresponding blanket's bag and tie it shut. $5 FEE PER TAPED, STAPLED, PINNED, OR MISSING ORDER FORM.
WHAT TO WRITE
1. Contact Information
Write the pickup date, your first and last name, phone number, email, and pickup address. Your email will be used for invoicing, and the pickup address is necessary for delivery purposes.
2. Item Identification
This section is used to identify your horse blankets. If you're unsure of which brand or size to write, it's OK to guess or leave blank.
3. Service Selection
Initial in the boxes next to each service you would like. Wash service is required on all items.
