ORDER FORMS
Order forms are used to track your horse blankets and other equine laundry during laundry processing. To ensure a smooth process, please read the forms carefully and complete all necessary form fields.
When you've completed the forms, simply place the form inside of the corresponding blanket's bag and tie it shut. No need to tape, staple, or pin forms to anything!
$5 FEE PER TAPED, STAPLED, PINNED, OR MISSING ORDER FORM.
WHAT TO WRITE
1. Contact Information
Write the pickup date, your first and last name, phone number, email, and farm/drop site name. Your email will be used for invoicing.
2. Item Identification
This section is used to identify your horse blankets. If you're unsure of which brand or size to write, it's OK to guess or leave blank.
3. Service Selection
Initial in the boxes next to each service you would like. Wash service is required on all items.
