WHAT IS STABLEMATES?
Stablemates is a program tailored for large barn orders. Each Stablemate serves as a representative for their barn, managing blanket pickups, deliveries, and payments. In return, Stablemates enjoy a $200 discount on their order.
Responsbilities
Stablemates are responsible for gathering client blankets together, organizing blankets, completing the order form spreadsheet, scheduling the pickup, and collecting payment.
What You Receive
In return for organizing your facility's blankets, you receive a $200 credit towards your invoice. Your order must have at least $200 worth of services and all steps must be completed correctly.
HOW IT WORKS
ORGANIZE
The Stablemate is responsible for organizing their facility’s horse blankets by client. An order-form spreadsheet is provided upon registration; the spreadsheet must be completed and each bag is clearly labelled with the corresponding client’s last name.
SCHEDULE
Once the blankets are organized, the Stablemate contacts us to schedule the pickup. All blankets must be placed in an accessible location by 9:00 AM on the scheduled pickup day. Stablemates do not need to be present for pickups or deliveries.
DELIVERY
After all services are completed, the Stablemate will receive individual client invoices as well as one combined invoice via email. Payment is due within 5 days. Paying the full combined invoice is preferred, though paying the individual invoices separately is also acceptable.
**We recommend notifying clients at least two weeks prior to the scheduled pickup day to ensure they have enough time to bag their blankets for the Stablemate. Please make sure each bag is clearly labeled with the client’s last name using tape and a sharpie.**
