We provide a diverse range of options and are committed to collaborating with our clients to meet their unique needs. Whether it's our free pickup and delivery, multiple convenient drop-off locations, a variety of programs, or continuously expanding resources, we are dedicated to offering outstanding equine laundry services and expertise.

Wash
Every order includes a double wash, air-dry, Velcro cleaning, folding, packaging, labeling, and complete pickup and delivery. This is a mandatory service and is automatically added to each order.
Waterproof
Our waterproofing service provides long-lasting protection for your turnout gear and is recommended at least every other year. This service is available exclusively for turnout blankets, turnout sheets, and hoods.
Repairs
We offer a comprehensive, full-service repair experience using high quality commercial-grade sewing equipment and durable materials designed to withstand heavy wear. Repairs may include sewing, patching, and the reattachment or replacement of straps and buckles.
Laundry Bags
Our durable 30" x 40" laundry bags hold 2–5 blankets and include a sewn-in tag with your contact information. Bags are washed free of charge when included with Equine Laundry orders. Using a reusable laundry bag eliminates the need for rewriting your contact information for every order form — simply complete the service section on the form, put it in the bag, and we'll take care of the rest!

PICKUP
Our convenient pickup service streamlines operations, allowing clients to either drop off at one of our multiple drop site locations or have their blankets picked up directly.

ORDER INTAKE
Once your order has arrived at our laundering facility, each blanket is then sorted, labeled, and organized in preparation for the laundering process. All items are entered into our digital tracking database to ensure all criteria is met.

LAUNDERING
All blankets and equine laundry are washed in our commercial-grade washers. We exclusively use liquid Nikwax products for both washing and waterproofing, ensuring each blanket is evenly coated and thoroughly submerged. The washers conclude with a 100 g-force spin cycle, which helps speed up drying and reduces the risk of bacteria growth. After laundering, the blankets are carefully hung to air-dry on custom-designed drying carts.

REPAIRS
Repairing horse blankets is essential for maintaining their functionality and extending their lifespan. Our repair services address common issues such as tears and missing straps. We use durable commercial-grade materials and expert techniques to restore warmth and protection for your horse.

INVOICING & DELIVERY
Each horse blanket is individually packaged in a polyvinyl bag with a custom label. Invoices are sent via email, and delivery is arranged once payment is received. All equine laundry items are returned to the same location from which they were picked up. A simple, hassle-free process!
SERVICE AGREEMENT
Payment
Payment is due immediately, with a 5-day grace period from the invoice issue date. Blankets and other items will be delivered upon receipt of payment. Equine Laundry LLC must be notified within the grace period if payment is expected to be delayed.
Order Forms
Order forms must be placed inside the corresponding item’s bag. Bags with taped, stapled, pinned, or missing forms will incur a $5 fee per item unless otherwise approved. Waterproofing and repairs require written client approval.
Laundering
All items are washed before waterproofing or repairs — no exceptions. All items receive two wash cycles; in rare cases, heavily soiled items may require a third cycle, which incurs a $10 fee. Laundering is considered normal wear and tear; Equine Laundry LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, reasonable wear, fading, discoloration, or damage that may occur or worsen.
Waterproofing
Waterproofing treatments are applied according to manufacturer instructions to enhance protection and maintain breathability. Treatments — including Nikwax Rug Proof — do not guarantee full waterproofing in heavy rain. Effectiveness depends on the age, condition, and quality of the blanket fabric, and results may vary. Clients acknowledge that full restoration or complete waterproofing is not guaranteed. Equine Laundry LLC is not responsible for waterproof failures.

Order Processing / Liability
Orders are processed in the order received; rush orders are not provided. Turnaround time may vary due to weather, routing, or batching. Equine Laundry LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items outside of our possession and not within our laundering facility.
Abandoned Items / 30-Day Policy
Items not delivered or picked up within 30 days of the invoice due date are considered abandoned, to the extent permitted by Michigan law, regardless of payment status. After this period, Equine Laundry LLC has no obligation to store or deliver such items and may handle or dispose of them at its discretion. If any items remain available, clients must retrieve them from the laundering facility as delivery will not be provided after 30 days. Clients acknowledge that storage beyond the 30-day period is not guaranteed and failure to retrieve items may result in permanent loss.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the listed policies. Liability is limited to the cost of the individual service provided. Equine Laundry LLC reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion, provided such refusal complies with applicable laws and regulations.
